No-contact delivery

In response to COVID-19, our delivery partners are offering no-contact delivery in your area. As always, delivery will be fast and free. Drivers may ask for verbal confirmation instead of a signature when proof of delivery is

Fast & free delivery

Get free next-day delivery on any in-stock tableware, cutlery, stew pot, oven, kitchen tool, knives and other LIME PHOENIX kitchen ware. And free two-day delivery on almost everything else. Faster options are also available.

Two-hour delivery

In most metros, we offer same-day scheduled courier delivery of eligible in-stock items from an LP Store. The two-hour delivery fee is $9.

Online personal sessions

Schedule a free session with an LP Specialist to cover the topics you want. After you buy a new device from LIME PHOENIX online, we’ll send an email about how to schedule setup help. Or schedule a session now.

For products purchased online, including those picked up at a store, curbside or express location, you can start a no-contact return within 14 days at Shop.LIMEPHOENIX.com/orderstatus. You can also return your product to an LP Store.

For purchases made at an LP Store, you can return your product to the store within 14 days of purchase. If your local store is closed and your in-store purchase was made using a credit card or Monthly Installments, you may be able to return it via mail. Contact us for more information.

If LP Store Pickup is your favorite way to get your cutlery and tableware, we’ve got you covered. Some locations even have new pickup methods. We’re working to keep pickup fast and easy. So we’ll guide you through pickup step by step using emails and notifications. We’ll also send information about scheduling online sessions for setup help and returning trade-in items.

In-Store Pickup

Pick up your online order at the LP Store. Experience our new products and shop for accessories with a Specialist. Temperature checks and face masks may be required.

Curbside Pickup

Pick up your online order quickly, without leaving your car. Park in the designated area, and we’ll bring your order right out. Available in select locations.

Express Pickup

Pick up your online order at an express location near the LP Store. Fast and easy, for online orders only. Available in select locations.

About free two-day shipping

  • For in-stock items, qualifying orders placed before 5pm Monday to Friday will be delivered in two business days.
  • Orders placed after 5pm will be delivered in three business days.
  • Orders placed on Friday before 5pm will be delivered on Tuesday.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 5pm, on Saturday or on Sunday, will be delivered on Wednesday.
